Privacy Notice

TESEA separates learner identity, academic progress and commercial access. Account records and learning history remain in the platform database until its operator removes them under the published retention policy.

Data used for learning

Academic profile, lesson activity, assessment evidence, preferences and device synchronization support appropriate learning actions and continuity.

Offline data

Downloaded lessons and queued progress may be stored on the learner's device. Removing a downloaded file does not delete server-side academic history. Signing out clears this device's downloaded files and unsynced events. The operator must publish its contact details and retention schedule before public launch.

Security and control

HTTPS deployments use secure session cookies, role checks and an operational audit history. Published lessons are available according to class and paid-access permissions. When enabled, payment and email providers receive the details needed to complete their service; Rafiki sends your question and the selected published lesson text to the configured AI provider. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in questions.
